Stéphane Moulard • Inner Phoenix

The journey from who I was
to who I am.

Welcome, I'm Stéphane. I'm glad you're here. My journey towards Inner Phoenix began with a question I had long been afraid to ask myself: am I really living the life that feels right for me?

Where I started

Everything seemed right.
And yet.

For more than fifteen years, I worked in HR and sales in the family business my father and brother had founded. I had a good position and a familiar place. Still, something kept troubling me. Deep down, I felt there was another path for me, but I was afraid to listen.

When my father died unexpectedly, everything changed. Instead of slowing down, I threw myself into work. Long days, busy weekends. My main thought was: I cannot abandon the family business.

A year later, I could no longer keep going. I experienced burnout and lost sight of myself. That was when I had to stop and reflect. To look beyond what others expected of me and listen to what I needed.

I wanted to find myself again.
And learn to listen to what felt right for me.

A different direction

From searching to choosing.

As a highly sensitive person, I experience emotions and energies intensely. After my burnout, I learned to see my sensitivity as a gift too. In my energy work, I use that sensitivity to sense what someone may be experiencing.

I resigned and explored holistic and energy-based approaches. A Shiatsu session was a turning point: for me, the connection between my body and emotions became tangible.

Gradually, I discovered how much fulfilment I found in supporting others. My personal search began to take a new direction.

Inner Phoenix, since 2020

A place to take a moment for yourself.

In 2020, I founded Inner Phoenix. The phoenix represents my own transformation and the strength to begin again.

I explored Reiki (Unitary), Access Bars and other Access techniques, bio-energy, NLP, coaching and hypnosis. My background also includes energy acupuncture without needles, crystals, essential oils and space cleansing.

During my training, I worked for a year in a holistic centre. I gained practical experience and exchanged knowledge with other practitioners. I continue to learn and develop.

My interests also extend to shamanism, animal communication, soul guidance and mediumship. In the overview of my techniques you can read more about that background. In Kaizen session or a tailored session I start with what you are looking for.

How I want to support you

With care, without judgement and with respect for your own pace. I listen to what you are looking for, explain how I work and am honest about what you can expect from my support. You remain free to choose.

Thank you for reading my story. I look forward to meeting you.

How do I know if your approach is right for me?

You are welcome to get in touch. I explain how I work and answer your questions. You do not need to be convinced beforehand or book an appointment straight away.

Where do sessions take place?

You are welcome by appointment at my practice at Chrysantenlaan 37, 1930 Zaventem. Home cleansing takes place at your property. Let me know beforehand if you have questions about access or anything you need to visit comfortably.
