Each centre has its own location, colour and theme. This energy-based perspective offers a way to explore different aspects of your life.<\/p>\n<h2>Seven chakras, seven themes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/wortelchakra-muladhara\/\">Root chakra<\/a>: grounding, safety and stability.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/sacraalchakra-svadhisthana\/\">Sacral chakra<\/a>: emotions, creativity and pleasure.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/zonnevlecht-manipura\/\">Solar plexus<\/a>: willpower, self-worth and confidence.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/hartchakra-anahata\/\">Heart chakra<\/a>: love, compassion and connection.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/keelchakra-vishuddha\/\">Throat chakra<\/a>: communication, truth and expression.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/derde-oog-ajna\/\">Third eye<\/a>: intuition, insight and visualisation.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/kruinchakra-sahasrara\/\">Crown chakra<\/a>: spiritual connection, meaning and wisdom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to read this series<\/h2>\n<p>Each article introduces one chakra and includes a short exercise from energy practice. You will find a question for reflection and a description of the associated colour and crystals. Feel free to start with a theme that appeals to you.<\/p>\n<h2>An energy-based perspective<\/h2>\n<p>Chakra traditions offer a spiritual approach, not medical diagnosis. A feeling or symptom is not, in itself, evidence of a blocked chakra.
