In chakra traditions, the solar plexus is associated with willpower, self-worth and confidence. Its location is the area above the navel; its colour is yellow.
How do I experience my own strength?
This theme is about finding direction and making choices. In chakra traditions, the solar plexus is associated with how you experience and express your own strength.
A moment with your own strength
Sit upright but comfortably, placing your hands on your belly if you wish. Visualise warm, golden-yellow light. Take a few calm breaths and keep the question of your own strength in mind.
Colour and crystals
Citrine and tiger's eye are associated with this chakra within this approach. You can use yellow in the visualisation. A crystal can serve as a focus for your attention, but is not needed for the exercise.
