When you get in touch, you entrust me with your information. Below, you can read what I use it for and how to ask a question about your privacy.

When you get in touch
The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. I use these details to reply and, if you request it, prepare an appointment. A brief description of your question is enough for a first contact.
Processing is necessary to contact you or prepare an appointment at your request. For general questions, I have a legitimate interest in handling your message carefully. Your details are not automatically used for a newsletter.
Storage and access
Your form message is sent to Inner Phoenix by email. The technical services supporting the website and email may process data as part of this. If you have questions about access to or storage of your message, or would like to request its deletion, email info@innerphoenix.be.
Cookies and external websites
The website uses necessary cookies to remember your choice. Google Analytics cookies are used only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings. The cookie policy explains which cookies are used, who receives data and how long it is retained.
Social profiles, WhatsApp and the map are accessed through ordinary links. Only when you follow them do you visit an external service with its own privacy policy. No social feed is loaded here automatically.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data. Depending on the circumstances, you can also object to processing, request restrictions or ask for your data to be transferred. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it. Please contact me using the email address above.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
