My story
The journey from who I was to who I am.
After more than fifteen years in the family business, the loss of my father and burnout, I chose a different path. I learned to listen to what felt right for me.
That search led to Inner Phoenix in 2020. Today, I enjoy giving others the attention and space that became so important to me.

How do I know if your approach is right for me?
You are welcome to get in touch. I explain how I work and answer your questions. You do not need to be convinced beforehand or book an appointment straight away.
What happens during a session?
We begin by talking about what you are looking for. You then lie fully clothed on the treatment table while I work with my hands on or above your body. We finish by discussing your experience and my observations.
How much does a session cost?
A Kaizen session costs €75. A longer session or programme requires a tailored proposal. The first introductory conversation for a tailored session is free.
