Sounds, light and other people's emotions can feel intense. As a highly sensitive person myself, I recognise how tiring that can sometimes be. After my burnout, I learned to understand my sensitivity differently. What I had long seen mainly as a burden also began to feel like a gift.
When impressions linger
Perhaps you feel tired after being somewhere busy, need time to let a conversation settle or often seek out quiet. These experiences may feel familiar. On their own, they do not explain what is causing your difficulties or which label might apply to you.
Sensitivity and boundaries
My own journey taught me how important it is to listen to what I need. I bring that experience to my work. We start with your story: when does it become too much, what do you feel and what are you finding difficult?
Alongside conversation, my energy work includes grounding, visualisation and energy cleansing. My sensitivity plays a part in how I tailor sessions. In my story you can read how this became my work.
