Connected to nature
In a life filled with appointments, screens and expectations, our connection to nature can fade into the background. For me, returning to that connection also means returning to awareness: of where you are, of yourself and of the people around you.
Working with intention
Intention has a central place in my work. By that, I mean the attention and purpose you bring to what you do. With kindness, respect and care for the other person: that is how I approach energy work.
The idea that what you send out also returns is part of my spiritual belief. It guides the way I work with intention and attention.
From a vision to a session
A Kaizen session begins with a conversation. I then use energy techniques, such as Reiki, tailored to what you are looking for. You do not have to fully share my language or beliefs to ask questions about this approach.
