With the crown chakra, attention shifts towards meaning and a connection with something greater than yourself. This can be experienced in very different personal and spiritual ways.
Stillness and connection
Take a few minutes for a quiet moment. You can visualise white or violet light above the crown of your head and reflect on connection. There does not need to be an immediate answer.
Colour and crystals
Amethyst and clear quartz are associated with this chakra within this approach. You can use white or violet in the visualisation. A crystal can serve as a focus for your attention, but is not needed for the exercise.
